Biocheck.UGent processes data with a strict "need-to-know" basis for access, meaning employees only see data to perform analyses or provide advice after user consent. The user data is stored for ten years before being anonymized and deleted. Data shared via API connections is anonymized according to contractual agreements, and personal data is not shared with third parties without their explicit consent or unless legally required.
